Adds a new costume that uses an unused thing that replicates PS1 vertex movement (models looking kinda jiggly on PS1) on Virtual Kid. Credit to Lumitic for script magic. Credit to Jawchewa for more script magic. ONLINE PARTY IS CURRENTLY A BIT JANKY. will be fixed soonish.
