How this is counted
Downloads are each platform’s own figure, summed across every release a person has published and every platform they publish on. Nobody is ranked on a number we invented, and nobody is ranked twice for the same file.
Three projects is the floor. Below that a single viral mod would outrank people who have maintained a library for years, which is a ranking of luck rather than of work.
The project beside each name is the one of theirs with the most downloads, not the one they would pick. It is there so a name you do not recognise still tells you something, which for a handle like ebkr or Zehs is the whole point.
