• TTimboh's Turbine InterchangeLooking for a turbine with U-turns? Check out grimarchangel's version: The first interchange in my collection, and my favorite! I mean, just look at it! The spiral ramp pattern is almost mesmerizing! Not only is it far from an eyesore but also one of the most efficient four-way interchanges you c...1.6M downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's Stack InterchangeYou know, when road engineers are told to "do it big", they make stack interchanges. You can't really get any larger than this! Well, there are of course the insane Texas High Fives, the monsterous chinese five-way junctions and the supercompact and supertall japanese ones, but... Meh, I don't kn...1.1M downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's Y-Stack InterchangeLet's make some more three-ways! This right here is a Y-Stack, or specifically, one of the many ways to make a Y-Stack. This specific design is roughly based on the "twins of Copenhagen" as I use to call them; two almost completely inseperable interchanges along Motorring 3 outside Copenhagen. Th...1.1M downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's Pentagon InterchangeA fully functional five-way interchange, with access for all directions. My first attempt at an interchange design of my own, and shit went downhill pretty fast. I'm sorry for failing completely in making this interchange symmetrical. If you want me to rework it, feel free to request so. Well, it...990.6k downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's Clovermill InterchangeClovermill? Cloverleafmill? Windleaf? Two-level Cloverleaf Windmill Hybrid... thingy... Meh, I'll go with Clovermill. It doesn't seem like this interchange has a specific name except being a cloverleaf/windmill hybrid, so I just made one up! These interchanges are moderately common, not as much a...951.5k downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's Windmill InterchangeThere's something about the shape of this interchange that makes me giggle. I don't know what it is, but it looks awesome anyway! Windmill Interchanges seem to be completely forgotten by the world; I've honestly never seen one that still exist. Wikipedia linked me to one in the US, but that one s...943.3k downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's Cloverleaf InterchangeA more realisticly designed cloverleaf interchange than the vanilla one, with parallel ramps improving the capacity of the cloverleaf. It's probably the most common interchange in the world due to its low cost, but they are generally considered obselete in many countries, and are getting replaced...907.0k downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's B-Trumpet InterchangeMirrored Version: Let's take a break from all the 4-ways and move on to some 3-way interchanges, and is there any better way to start then with a trumpet interchange. In real life, this is by far the most popular design worldwide because of its low cost and small size compared to T-stacks. Howeve...871.7k downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's Cloverstack InterchangeThe interchange of choice here in Europe! It's probably the most common interchange after the Cloverleaf interchange, and there's a good reason for that. Many of them are upgraded cloverleafs, and the majority of new interchanges built today in Europe are of this design. In Europe, that is. Acros...846.2k downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's Three-level Roundabout InterchangeHuazzah! The Roundabout Interchange is here, and if the Turbine Interchange is the most underestimated interchange, then the Three-level Roundabout is the most overestimated. See, roundabouts aren't free-flowing, not in theory at least. Roundabouts are designed to deliberately slow down traffic,...844.5k downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's Dual Trumpet InterchangeNow this is a strange one! The dual trumpet is... Well, it's two trumpets put together! And the chance to find one in the real world is pretty small. If I remember correctly, there are only five of these in the world. I could be wrong, but I know atleast there's one quite close to where I live, in...796.5k downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's A-Trumpet InterchangeMirrored Version: Let's take a break from all the 4-ways and move on to some 3-way interchanges, and is there any better way to start then with a trumpet interchange. In real life, this is by far the most popular design worldwide because of its low cost and small size compared to T-stacks. Howeve...790.1k downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's Semi-Directional B-Trumpet InterchangeMirrored Version: More trumpets, Timboh? Do we really need more of these things? I'd say we do indeed need more of them. See, the semi-directional variant of the trumpet actually adds quite alot of functionality to the interchange. By widening and re-configuring some ramps layouts, two of the ram...737.9k downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's Compact Stack InterchangeEDIT: The Compact Stack has become sort of... obselete. Since the Stack Interchange got its facelift, it has actually become more compact than the "compact" one. So, uh... Rest in pepperoni, Compact Stack? If you thought the original stack was clever, then... Well, you're a clever person, because...723.1k downloadsupdated 12 y ago

• TTimboh's Second Cloverstack Interchange (w/ central reservation ramps)(Due to limitations in character count in asset names, the in-game name for this one is "Timboh's Left Cloverstack Inter." If you have a suggestion for a better name, feel free to leave me a comment) Personally, I'm not a fan of putting ramps in the central reservation. The inner lanes should be...721.3k downloadsupdated 12 y ago
• TTimboh's Spaghetti InterchangeHere it is! It's the pasta interchange, the nudle crossing, the one and only Spaghetti Junction... Or Gravelly Hill Interchange, since that's its real name. I hope I've been faithful enough recreating the interchange; the asset editor does have its limitations, sizewise. So this is the interchang...702.5k downloadsupdated 12 y ago
• TTimboh's Basketweave InterchangePeople living in Toronto will probably recognize one of these! Basketweaves aren't really "interchanges", but more like a transition piece for vehicles shifting between collector/express lanes. Works great for expansive, cross-city motorway systems. In the real world, basketweaves are, well, sort...678.3k downloadsupdated 12 y ago
• TTimboh's DCMI InterchangeAh, yes! The DCMI Interchange, the big thing that every roadgeek seem to be talking about. I'm not saying it's overhyped, but... It's just that it's not that "revolutionary", so to speak. It's a very efficient interchange indeed, but it's more of a perfected version of a full diamond/gothic inter...645.9k downloadsupdated 12 y ago
• TTimboh's Diverging Diamond InterchangePlaceholder Description618.4k downloadsupdated 12 y ago
• TTimboh's Gothic InterchangeGothic interchanges have a bit of a shady reputation, worse than it deserves in my opinion. They sometimes go by the name "Malfunction Crossing" due to its deceptivly broken-looking structure, with the mainline carriageways switching sides. The name also originates from the problems with the ramp...612.1k downloadsupdated 12 y ago
• TTimboh's Semi-Directional A-Trumpet InterchangeMirrored Version: More trumpets, Timboh? Do we really need more of these things? I'd say we do indeed need more of them. • TTimboh's U-Pentagon InterchangeAs " 7-elephant" requested, here is a new version of my Pentagon Interchange with U-turns! " 7-elephant" was kind enough to send me a little sketch where the U-turns were drawn out, and I thought it was such a good idea that I decided to upload a new version with the U-turns incorperated. Big ups...574.2k downloadsupdated 12 y ago
• TTimboh's A-4 Parclo InterchangeHere's my first proper service interchange in my collection, the A-4 Parclo! Now, as a road geek, it pains me to tell you that I actually had to look up the meaning of "A-4". As far as I've understood it, the A means that the ramps are located before the driver passes under the overpass, and the...571.7k downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's Sonnborner InterchangeOnce upon a time in Wuppertal, the autobahn arrived, smashing down 65 buildings, leaving 2 000 people homeless and dividing villages. All in the name of progress and science, so no harm done, really! Nah, I'm just being sarcastic here. Road egineers should always be aware of the consequences of o...554.6k downloadsupdated 12 y ago
• TTimboh's C/E Cloverstack InterchangeI'm back, my fellow road geeks and infrastructure enthusiasts! After spending a week in the fouth ring of Hell we mortals refer to as 'studying', I'm back with more interchanges! Now, for my comeback I thought, why not make it big? How big? Well, as you can see from the picture above; almost too...546.5k downloadsupdated 12 y ago
• TTimboh's Full Diamond InterchangeI heard you liked bridges, so I made this. It's a full diamond interchange, one of my personal favorites when it comes to design. The ramps are straight, long and fully directional, making this an excellent choice in-game. It occupies almost as much space as a stack, but it's far from as tall as o...521.1k downloadsupdated 12 y ago
• TTimboh's Motorway Rest AreaHere's a bit of an experiment for you. A rest area! See, in the modern era, humans require access to basic necessities 24/7, such as lead-free petrol, chocolate bars and "fresh" wrapped sandwiches. Now you can provide those services with the Motorway Rest Area, or something. Yeah, I have honestly...513.3k downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's SPUPCLO InterchangeAm I the only one who have a bad habit of pronouncing abbreviations as if they were words? Instead of saying S-P-U-P-C-L-O, I say Spupclo for some reason. Maybe I'm just a bit thick, but hey, I can atleast build interchanges! This is a SPUPCLO, a brilliant creation by Scott Oglesby on kurumi.com....508.9k downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's City DCMI InterchangeThis one is for you, Qfwfq! This is a modified version of the DCMI Interchange, with 2-lane one-way overpasses instead of motorways, making it functional as a free-flowing motorway-to-street transition. Since the 2-lane roads are smaller, there's a tiny decrease in size, but it's only slightly no...497.9k downloadsupdated 12 y ago
• TTimboh's Turbine-Stack Interchange"Wait a minute!? A new upload from that Timboh guy. I thought that selfish scrub had abandoned us! Oh, is it time to return now?" That's hopefully not your reaction when you see this, but I can understand why. I've been gone for a loooong time. Real life catches up with you at some point, you kno...497.6k downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's Kleinploderplein InterchangeIs it a stack? Is it a turbine? Is it a roundabout? No, it's confusing, and I love it! Jokes aside, knooppunt Kleinpolderplein is an interchange is Rotterdam, connecting Rijksweg 13 and Rijksweg 20 with local roads. Now, there isn't really a construction date for the interchange, since it's been...492.4k downloadsupdated 12 y ago
• TTimboh's Diverging Windmill InterchangeWhat started out as a simple merge between the Gothic and Windmill design, became one of the most efficient designs in interchange history... And nobody has even built it yet! Seriously, when I read about this design I was pretty damn impressed with its simple, yet elegant design. In real life, t...474.8k downloadsupdated 11 y ago
• TTimboh's Olskroksmotet InterchangeBack in the 60's, some engineers from Gothemburg thought they were really smart. They apparently had some amazing plan to connect Europaväg 6 and Europaväg 20 to each other. Ok, sounds like a plan, right? Well, they also thought it was a brilliant idea to connect every other road in the vicinity...435.8k downloadsupdated 12 y ago
