資源に恵まれながらも、数世紀に渡って犬猿の仲だった縄内地区。 国はしびれを切らして仲介に、協力関係で大きくなろうと提案。 地域を豊かにして、仲良くなる町同士になるんでしょうか？ 「対立の成れの果て・改」の方針転換バージョンとなります。 農業比率を維持しつつ開発するのは苦手という方に農業撤廃して大きく開発するバージョンを製作いたしました。 農地を開拓していくのが条件ですが、農地を残したままだとほとんど発展しません。その点も重要な問題です。 イベントは一部同じですが、方針変換で大幅に変更いたしました。新鮮な感じでお楽しみ頂けると思います。 これはこれで難題ですが、どうぞ心ゆくまでお楽しみください！
