鉄道路線廃止で過疎化が進む街に、新幹線の開通で活気を取り戻しま しょう。 このシナリオでは銀行が使えないので注意してください。 このシナリオは市街化調整区域に指定されやすい地域が多いため用途地域ありかなしかで難易度がガクンと変わります。 第2弾公開しました。本作よりも難易度が低いのでこのシナリオをプレイしようと思っている方は先に第二弾をプレイする事をお勧めします。
