ゴリ押しな開発の結果、商業に偏重した都市。 商業偏重を是正し、魅力ある街にして下さい。 今回は、農業と漁業も扱えます。 追記 ぜろあわー氏のシナリオ「過激都市を救え」のアレンジ的なシナリオです（汗） 此方はバグ技無しとなっております。 5つのクリア条件の他に、努力目標として空港の建設等も入れてみるといいかも。 沖合の埋め立て地は、空港を建ててもなお幾らかは余裕のある大きさとなっています。 資源の輸出ですが、プラザ合意が目前に迫っていますので、長く遊ぶ場合は取引価格にご注意を。
