特急有明が非電化時代の豊肥本線に乗り入れていた際に使用された、ヨ8000型のハイパーサルーン色です。豊肥本線内の牽引機はDE10でしたが、A9では再現困難につきDD51等で代用してください。A9で実装されている783系は1次リニューアル色ですが、この塗装による非電化時代の豊肥本線乗り入れはごく一時期行われており、Youtubeにも映像が残っています。
