2025年に製造された9500系の6次車です。 名鉄の通勤型車両としては初めてとなるSiC素子のVVVFインバーター車です。ローカル運用から本線の優等種別まで多彩な活躍を見せています。 6次車から通り抜け可能な前面貫通扉が追加され、前4両は前面幌と側面カメラを装備した9521F仕様で、後4両が両方を装備しない9522Ｆ以降の仕様です。
