This Mod Removes the Requirements for all Teir4 and Teir5 Tomes. All Teir5 Tomes have their Affinity costs reduced from 8 to 0. All Teir4 Tomes have their Affinity costs reduced from 6 to 0. Does Change the Tomes so may conflict with other mods that change Tomes Files.
