CS和val双修的练枪方案，相比于许多列表纯粹的定位练习，加入了一些跟枪训练，对压枪跟枪和眼睛对于移动目标的锁定都有帮助。选用的大部分是基础训练，且考虑了发力问题，打的不会太累也不会太难上手。一天1~2次就可以了，全程约20分钟，如果有薄弱的也可以单练。
