Tileable, Early, Zero Waste Steel Ingots w/ Portals

Early Steel that uses Charcoal start to make early game steel. Only makes a few per minute, but is tileable. I personally chain them together, and then use a catapult to throw them down the line to the end, and then use a cannon to move elsewhere.
