Map Screenshot Loading Screen

Replaces default loading screen to an in-game screenshot, each map has it's own high definition(2k) image. For now it works only for Jacob's Rest, Paranoia, Tarnor, Operation Cleansweep and Tilarus-5 campaigns. Note. This doesn't work when connecting to lobby for the first time.
