ALIVE Faction Name: pog_cciv I take no credit for this at all. This is all that I did: Made a new civilian faction in ORBAT. Added in all RDS civilian units and vehicles excluding Takistani ones like the bus and ambulance. Changed all of their identities and voices to Czech. Not a super necessary...
