OPTRE JSRS edit
After seeing the "new" sounds looming over head in the OPTRE mod, I've decided to make an attempt at updating the JSRS OPTRE mod from VastGameMaster since its been a little less than a year since the last update to it. Still a WIP and some sounds are due to change as I quickly threw in some code....
