substratum optimized
A modified version of Substratum, that can run well of high settings, on an Intel HD 2500. I basically just removed the "theGrid" shader, and replaced it with the medium setting skybox from stadium, as the shader seems to make my crappy computer lag. I will gladly take this down, if requested.
