Extends Scrapyards with lifetime licenses and other goodies. This is a re-upload of DNightmare's ScrapyardPlus for current versions (1.*), I take no credit for the work that has been done. It seems to be working fine with 1.0. Nonetheless, use at your own risk. Original mod here:
