Adds a panel to all Scrapyards allowing you to recycle unwanted fighters for 60% of their resource costs. It just felt so painful to click 'DELETE' on a squad of fighters that took so long to build on that mining carrier... Now you can get some of those resources back! Disclaimer: 99% of Lua code...
