联邦重工工程师，费劲脑汁。研究出一款偏圆形的空间站造型，中空的结构增加了舰船泊位，可以停留或通过大量舰船。目前为测试第一款，仅仅配备了一个生活区，一个能源区，一个装配区。防御方面仅仅配备了八个机库共计600~900的空间。并未准备炮台栏位。 联邦第一个建成的地点为联邦重工制造厂，并未大范围投放使用。在经过初步的安全性测试，可投放区域目前暂定为，橙矿区以下区域内均可。 现正式推出通用测试款，以便重工及时针对不同区域，做出不同的更新。
