Archfey Warlock Buff
Reworks the Archfey Warlock Subclass. Changes Fey Presence to once per battle. Adds new level 6 Passives that does Psychic or Poison dmg when applying Charmed or Frightened conditions to enemies. By request, I have also made this passive a feat.
