Dance Emote and Dance Party!
Adds a dance emote, and a dance aura that causes all who are able within 36m/120ft to dance! I added a toggle, and a spell that applies the condition for 10 turns for each. Unlike Otto's Irresistible Dance, these do not have any downsides.
