Eldritch Blast rebalanced
Eldritch Blast is brought back to line - it no longer gains additional beams at higher levels. Instead it deals 1d12 damage and scales up at level 5 and 10. With these changes it's still the most powerful cantrip in game, but not as op as in vanilla.
