Hunger of Hadar Upscale and DC Fix
Fixes Hunger of Hadar to use the spellcaster's Spell Save DC instead of the default 12 DC it currently uses, and also adds 1d6 Cold and 1d6 Acid damage per level on Hunger of Hadar upcasts.
