Intelligent Initiative - Initiative Rework
The Tyranny of Dexterity is at an end. No longer is it the default best stat for EVERY character because it provides initiative, damage, and defense. Initiative is now 1d6 + 1/3rd of DEX modifier + INT modifier + other modifiers.
