Chest Merchant! - ++Mithral, Sussur, TutChest etc.
Adds a new merchant and area close to the Act 1 starting point. Sells some interesting loot including Mithral Ore, Sussur Weapons and an Iron Flask. The merchant also has access to the tutorial chest and so will sell modded items accordingly.
