Adds a shoulder cape fashioned from Yurgir's mantle. One version tailored to vaguely fit vanilla armors, one loose fit version tailored to fit the Rust Wolf armor set. Both drop from Yurgir in Act 2, or acquirable from Tutorial chest for cheat/debug.
