Rage Damage Fix
Adjusts the damage boost from Raging to be more consistent and inline with dnd5e. Barbarian levels 1-8: +2 damage to melee unarmed, main and off-hand weapon, and improvised weapon attacks using Strength. At level 9+ this increases to +3.
