Wisdom Warlock
Adds the Wiselock class which is just Warlock but Wisdom + other bonus changes/additions such as Eldritch Spear, Eldritch Smite, etc. Added some Weapon Cantrips. Added revised Hexblade w/ War Magic+. Also Potent Robes but Wis in tutorial chest.
