Simple override modification of Extinguishers. This is kind-of a joke nitpick mod, since there are like 5 or 6 combinable ammo box mods. Then all the stolen extinguishers that pile up on the submarine got on my nerves, since many were at 90 percent. Content\Items\Tools\tools.xml
