My husband didn't like the bandana on the Pirate Hat so I made a new version for him. This is just the Pirate Captain Hat without the bandana with adjusted stats to make it more rewarding. Buyable in every outpost and craftable out of the normal Pirate Captain Hat. Made for Predalien7809
