It's simply a version that works with the Robotrauma Medical Tweaked mod, the Arc Welder threw me in for a loop before looking into how Joshin did it and found out it needed some code for said arc welder to even APPEAR in the medical menu, have this above Robotrauma and EK, or not, I have no idea...
