强化了npc，保安将拿着更加强大的武器装备，你还能为虎作伥么？主要增强保安的装备，并且携带基因，大部分包括海盗，站点NPC，土匪，等等都将变成1.5倍血量，还有各种npc都将摸着天赋武器。 这次更新后工作量比较大，可能要一段时间来给npc列装，所以现在没有什么装备，这次只是强化了NPC的基础数值，比如分裂主义的npc血量，速度，精度都非常差，甚至比联盟npc差半截，我全部提升到了一样的1.0基础（联盟大部分只有0.8），这次更新强化的npc主要是把派系好感度提高后给的特殊npc强化了，希望你们能招募到，其他的以后更新。 推荐搭配Biff_W的原版武器重做玩。
