Classic Style Grizzly Eyes

Changes the eyes and tail lights of the NSDF tank to be closer to the original 98 skin. I really like the Rebellion Skin but the eyes somewhat spoiled it for me, the classic eyes looked so much more angry. The tail lights are taken from the Classic Grizzly Lights Mod by T.M.M. with permission.
