Ratchet, from Ratchet and Clank in all of his classic 2002 naked chest, harness wearing glory! His wrench is the modern omni-wrench because I thought it would be more visually appealing. Also featuring Clank on your back, chilling out as you maim and kill hundreds, a normal day for him.
