Agent K9 - With a taser

Unbirth version of Agent K9 with a taser. There are some animation errors that I'm unable to fix at the moment and I'm not sure why. The mod is made the exact same as the Agent 789 Taser mod but for some reason the taser can act a bit strange. Will try to fix this soon.
