Die BVG beschaffte sich 2003 37 Fahrzeuge der Bauart O530G, welche die Wagennummern 4051-4087 hatten. In dem Stand des Repaints wurde der Stand ab 2015 dargestellt mit kleinen Piktogrammen vorne, kleinem BeBerlin und dem Vollgelblack.
