**No longer works. If I ever get time i will try to update it.** Extends the range of the basic minigunner infantry to the same as the chaingun (e.g. APC, Light Scout etc). Will work in both single and skirmish (not sure about multiplayer). AI will be aware of the changes so it doesn't unbalance...
