This is my take on Frostmourne... A few disclaimers, this is very much a WIP and expect balance changes to come with time and minor tweaks as i get feedback. Frostmourne comes with a few buffs and effects... I've designed a custom disease that it applies and does tick damage every 5 seconds or so...
