Replaces vanilla Bridge turn tile with more wallride-friendly, with raised barriers. You should be able to wallride on those at like 400kph with 0 problems now. BUT that does not mean you will be able to complete any bridge turn brainlessly - a little suspension hop is enough to still make you fly.
