Cannibal Kings (No Crazy Cannibal)
Removes the -50 opinion modifier on the Crazy Cannibal modifier. That, on top of the -10 Cannibal Trait, was far too steep a price. Especially when you're trying to juggle a large empire and even a little bit of negative opinion would sink you. Should work on any patch from now on.
