Someone asked and I keep my promises. At least most of them. A standalone version of my "John's Crazy Kings" mod with only the early Crusades & Jihads. This doesn't include the holy orders part, At least I don't think It does. Maybe, I don't remember. But anyway, Enjoy having both really early.
