Extremely simple mod that creates a separate game rule to enable/disable the Permanent Tributary, De Jure Duchy Claim and Religious Liberation CBs from JD. Uploaded because hey, maybe someone else has the exact same taste in CBs as me and they'll use this instead of making a mod.
