原模组避孕 借（chao）鉴（xi）了Carnalitas卡纳利塔斯中的避孕决议，降低0.1块月收入和0.01月虔诚收入，换取不会让任何人怀孕的能力。该决议可以随时启用或停止。 同时我还做了以下修改： -将生育力从-100%调整为了-500%，理论上能抵消所有生育力增益。如果这种情况下还是怀孕了……那节哀吧 -修改了决议图片，使其能更加符合中国宝宝体质 -让本mod不可以和卡纳利塔斯兼容，它现在会和卡纳利塔斯的避孕决议并列出现，以防你忘了关掉其中的一个
