Better Viking Rulers
Cool mod I made to address the fact that the only viking ruler to start with a higher fame level than established in 867 is Hásteinn, which i believe is very gay indeed. Now the Sons of Lothbrok, Dyré the stranger and Rurik all start with Illustrious.
