Byzantium is Hegemony
This replaces the empire of the Byzantine Empire with the hegemony of the Eastern Roman Empire. It alters no files and will be compatible with everything. The Eastern Roman Empire has all vassals, receives all the same artifacts, etc. as Byzantium. Direct all comments/questions to my discord:
