针对目前溥天之下游玩过程中遇到的问题，修改了自己觉得不合理之处。 1、修改了王朝兴衰，取消了政通人和以及局势紧张的宣战限制，移除了各个局势下天朝皇帝的招募费用和维持费用惩罚。 2、调整天朝制度下贤能基础上限从1到2，乡试不变，通过会试的贤能上限从2到4，通过殿试不提供上限，转而提供贤能加成buff。中华专属宗族传承每级提供0.4贤能值每月，点满5级可以确保宗族成员40多岁攒够七品的贤能。 3、大型工程支出金额设置上限。开边工程可以同时进行多个，可以直接征服头衔而不是朝贡。汉化工程可以同时进行多个，可以汉化中华传承文化。 4、调整行政类型上限，监制、府制、军制、都护调整为100/20/50...
