Cultural Armies for EK2 - Accolade Patch
Patch for that fixes the accolades to use the new innnovation flags. This means that Vanguard, Lancer, and Crossbowmen are actually selectable now. As a bonus, I included a Mage accolade that is probably super OP since EK2 hasn't added one yet. Targeting CK3 1.10.2.
