加了一个互动，可以钦定继承人（组织上已经决定了），花费100威望。 Added an interaction, it is possible to appoint an heir (organizationally decided), which costs 100 prestige. 只能决定继承人，继承的领地还是按继承法来（要讲基本法的嘛），配合波米继承法就可以把领地都给儿子了。 1.12还能用
