增加头衔继承法： 1.兵强马壮选举制：通过与领主宣战可以强迫领主所有王国以上的头衔使用该选举法。 选举权重只看兵力多少，有多少兵就有多少选举权重。ai无法使用。 ai不可用，理论上兼容所有mod，支持存档。 使用时要慎重，移除该头衔需要10w威望，所以ai和玩家都几乎不可能移除。 玩家也可以给自己的头衔上该选举法，但同时也要注意，该头衔法的被选举人只能是头衔持有者的近亲或远亲，所以赏赐有该继承法的头衔时要也要慎重。
