23年初的一个mod，后面觉得太复杂就放弃了。 最近重新玩ck，又花了点时间查错、简化、适配1.12.5版，行政制dlc要出来了，这个半成品还是发一下吧。 该mod没什么内容，流官升迁也是按时间来，没法干预。 不要相信图片上的文本，大都没实现或因为太复杂而删除（比如总督）。 王国级和帝国级才能改制。 这个mod随缘吧，有什么建议可以提，但如果要动官方文件的话就算了。 不兼容修改过政体的mod。
