目的：在神罗玩异教徒，即便有选帝侯头衔，也很难有投票权，该mod移除了原版的异教徒投票权阻碍。 新增互动： 以下互动AI都不可使用 1.更改在神罗的被选举状态 2.新增选帝侯：只能新增一位 注意：选帝侯头衔必须是神罗头衔的法理下级头衔才能实际起效。 3.重置选帝侯：移除新增的选帝侯，重置为原版7位。 修改了原版的神罗选帝侯制： 1.异教徒选帝侯也能优先参与选举； 2.玩家右键互动自己可以选择是否可以成为候选人。（仅限玩家可用） 兼容性：与改动了神罗选帝侯制mod不兼容。
